2. I have no idea, its a very very interesting issue, the options are:

-a) its part of a broader commercial arrangement on good terms

b) we poached alex and now think we can do it in house with the other staff bruce has been hiring

c) we poached alex and lilac are displeased

d) we poached alex and he will still work well with lilac

I have no idea of course, but I do recall Bruce making clear in his last interview with proactive that he said lilac "extract the lithium, they don't make the final product"

It's exciting, as all of the options set out above have an interesting outcome, for me I would choose b for bruce but that wouldn't be done lightly.

I have always been slightly concerned about using an external process I would prefer it be in house to be frank or else the terms need to be very tight. For me it seems Bruce once again is miles ahead of us!

Time will tell it always does, but clearly we are on the move!
