A general question: Can Alex have left Lilac but still own his share of the company? If so, by working for a new company that is, currently as we are aware, contracting his old employer for services, that's all cool?
If he still owns IP or owns his share of Lilacs IP, that's great for decisions to be made for our side if we continue to have a strong relationship with them. Exclusivity of IP would be outstaaaanding!
