Can't you see that progress is being made. Just because the you don't know the details doesn't mean that it isn't happening.
Leasing a huge building at this stage is evidence that they are moving forward.
Don't you think that if they knew that they were not going to get any deals, that they would stay in the building that they are in?
The fact that they have increased space, shows that they are moving forward to the next stages.
