A TO would get all of KDR, the relationship with SQM is a 50/50 joint venture with Earl Grey at Mt Holland, there is a little more to KDR than that, in fact a lot more.
If KDR agrees to a TO then that it is KDR shareholders decision, SQM hold NO KDR shares, thus if they do not like the buyer then they will have to out bid them, that is if the IRB will allow it.
If a TO offer does eventuate it will be an intriguing time to be in KDR.
