Disagree. Need x amount of the company to agree to a take over and with key stake holders with large skin in the game, it will never get up especially given the current share price (IMO).

No, AT is a confident and at time even arrogant, driven individual in the prime of his career. He will not play second fiddle to anyone even POSCO (IMO). He pulls the strings at galaxy and im sure he like it that way.
Who has control of the flow sheet? who has the previous expertise in bringing a plant on line?
Galaxy want to be number 5 for a reason and it aint to be taken over.
