Canada is on Alcidions radar since December 2017. If you listen to Ray Bligh's interview, he mentioned about M&A in North America and UK. He was confident to announce entry to at least one of these markets in 2018. I think during merger with MKM and Patientrack, it was planned about long term focus and geographic expansion. I believe to Canadian company we are going to acquire in FY20 that also has office in Europe, has been identified before merger papers was signed with MKM and Patientrack. At this moment focus is on their revenue, income,customers (to cross sell) and employees -how quickly they can be trained. Just IMO
