Offer is highly conditional on DD. This is a marker only, if anything and I mean anything is found in the VDR that is not per the acquisition evaluation model assumptions, Robb will simply pull the bid. Unlike his predecessor, who kept the SP in the $30s for a decade with Coles, Robb is a much more prudent investor, more like Eastwood.
