I don't think you can make a fair comparison between remuneration of executives from the two companies.
Mr Bandy receives $180k to run a company with a MC of $7 mill.
Mr Wall receives $550k to run a company with a MC of $95 mill.
So one guy receives 3 times the money of the other, to run a company worth 13 times more.
