At a guess it was quietly put on the back burner or has become part of the JV's final evaluation figures , since entering Arbitration FAR have very wisely stuck to the JV line regarding SNE , as they should being a JV member ,even more so if you had placed a spanner in the works...
They have however released RISC numbers on FAN since then, which is not part of Phase 1.
You could always email the Company yourself , you will only get guesswork here...
