They made up some bullshit conditions to justified their opportunistic bid
We all know LYC balance sheet is now settle and there is NO question about its viability
and the case of LAMP in Malaysia someone like WES know well that they will have the capital to move LAMP if Malaysian is not playing ball
so this bid price really is about after the resource LYC has and they probably already discount the LAMP risk and they can move LAMP
to a more stable country
