    • AGREED TO RECAPITALISATION PROPOSAL FROM SHAREHOLDER REPUBLIC THAT INCLUDES SHORT-TERM LOAN & PARTIALLY UNDERWRITTEN RIGHTS ISSUE
    • SHORT-TERM LOAN AND A PROPOSED PARTIALLY UNDERWRITTEN RIGHTS ISSUE, TOTAL UP TO ABOUT A$15 MILLION
