    SUBJECT: Government Job Interview

INTERVIEWER: What was your previous employment ?

APPLICANT: The military, I was in Afghanistan for one tour.

INTERVIEWER: That's a big plus in your favour. Under what
circumstances did you leave the Army?

APPLICANT: I was disabled by an IED explosion, losing both my
    testicles.

INTERVIEWER: Sorry to hear that, but disablement in the service of
your country puts you right at the front with our eligibility
criteria. So, any specific health problems or allergies?

APPLICANT: My health is A1, but I do have a caffeine allergy. I can't
    drink coffee.

INTERVIEWER: That's OK, I'm sure that won't be a problem. In fact,
from what you've told me already, according to our guidelines I think
I can offer you the position immediately.

Our normal hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. You can start tomorrow
at 10:00 am, which will be your regular starting time.

APPLICANT: What's with the late start ?

INTERVIEWER: This is a Government job. For the first two hours, we
just stand around drinking coffee and scratching our balls. No point
in you coming in for that
