The fact that the share price has bounced back on the same day when this forum started discussing Wesfarmers as a possible acquirer is purely coincidental.
However, doing some further research over the weekend, here is another coincidence that I missed back in January
View attachment 1480057Wesfarmers would be a good fit for SQM. Cashed up, a local partner that would have the means to expand the project at a later stage. Past experience with running mines when they previously held their coal assets.
Seems a good fit all round.
