Denman accumulated heavily at higher prices, maximised their involvement in the capital raising and have subsequently continued to buy shares at market.
WCN is valued at under 3 million and l can see why Denman is determined to get to 19.99% stake in the company. Expect more Appendix 3B notices. I anticipate a takeover at fair value which is at multiples of where we are now.
