I read it as PWC resigned as the auditor instead of signing off on the accounts.

IMO, the numbers either look terrible and PWC had concerns that the company could keep trading as a going concern and Namaste did not want this concern included in the signed accounts (so PWC resigned) OR the accounts are in such a mess, that they could not complete an audit in a timely or cost effective manner.

Either way, having an aduitor resign does not look as good as a company nominating to change its auditors.

If YPB had a significant amount of revenue assigned to Namaste, perhaps it will be harder for YPB to realise this revenue with Namaste Technologies not looking to be in the best of health.
