This is a hard one. I'm NOT a guru.
The trades seem once more to be churning this stock as in previous years. The daily stochastic indicates a sell (maybe 1-3 days) as does the daily MACD, volume has dropped each day for the last 4 days ie 25th rebound was on lower volume. Weekly indicators still positive but last 2 weekly volumes 50m are either accumulation with control or selling ie no real price change .... need to break above 1.23 with volume. monthly charts not telling either. Look at PRU somehow it maybe about to join RMS in breaking higher.
