Tor is not as safe as people think especially if you start downloading stuff.
Best to run off a brand new computer, thats never been connected to the internet in normal use, then use Tails booted straight off a usb stick and the TOR browser.
Ensure any email you send is encrypted and only email when you absolutely have to.
Never, EVER use magnet or torrent links to download anything
Keep that computer clean as a whistle and use it only when you have to.
Then use your 'normal' computer for 'normal' browsing that you don't care is tracked.
