Solid question.
First Question answer, all my opinion
my understanding is tech is proven successful but yet to be replicated at scale.
cross industry, lab to the street is a significant gap, ( thus the April gamble ).
from what i have looked at it is the lowest impact production of Battery grade lithium available. Low impact less money for extraction means viable to me . also if i investing in a "green Car" or power facility i want the lithium to come from the most ethical source ( people will pay, Ethical investments have proven this )
Second question,
Old school primary industries take a lot to shake ,thus for example in Australia we flog a dead ( we will all die ) industry such as coal,
science is hard to accept, if you are heavily invested in the product or technique that makes you money. investing in change that will affect your core is challenging ( me being polite at a dinner party ).
3rd question.
Yea risk FOR SURE, for me the the risk is negated by the potential of positive impact and tons of cash
after work drinks, i want them all Drinks and LPD
