The staff and management have always been cash flow positive. Never missed a payroll or benefit as far as I know. Even the office furniture supplier I assume gets paid!

Interesting as under the ASX and ASIC rules if you formally forecast something and that changes you must announce at a certain % of change. Need to be very sure it was a forecast not a aspiration or dream. So many claims and changes of direction with these guys that have never eventuated and so little factual information unless you search and talk via all their "partners" it almost looks believable.

Biggest red flags are always agreements with no serious financial commitments , reported and updated time frames and subsequent reporting of significant real milestones not just fluff. Soft agreements with few commitments and no updates IMO are just fluff.

Do I think this is the end- well they seem to have 199 lives and it is always to their benefit and their family to keep it alive and IMO stop any serious external scrutiny.
