The only evidence that matters is the companies, and I have never officially seen AVZ voice any concerns about security issues in the DRC! Put it this way, in all the time that AVZ have been drilling at Manono there has not been one concern regarding security or ebola. Also, with the large DRC governmental stake in AVZ it would be in their interests for AVZ to succeed!

As well, there are many successful mining companies in the DRC as you can see on this map below, and always remember that the EV/battery storage industry will not develop without the Congo because most of the world's resources of cobalt(over 60%!), which is a necessary requirement for lithium-ion batteries comes from the DRC!
