Essentially the shares have fallen from 2.70 when it would appear those 'in the know' began offloading. Are you saying that news such as this and it's consequent effect on the market is not that important? To issue the statements that they did, just ten days ago is or was bordering on fraudulent in my opinion unless of course the directors were blissfully unaware of the issues causing this mayhem. I hope that is the case rather than being wilfully blind to the facts.
