There’s definitely some wiggle room, just not a lot. Once they have the report wiggle room begins: we had so lme questions we wanted to clarify first, we had to review drafts of the announcement, etc etc. But this is all likely hours to days and not weeks like many seem to have been thinking/suggesting. I personally just do see the report being handed over on a Sunday in the US. So my thinking now would be Wed at the likely earliest unless they send it Mon morning US time and don’t do any more work on it this week. But that’s just an educated guess.
