Let's not be naive. Read the prospectus. They still haven't managed to get their original product sold to anyone (apart from a few crumbs to the VIC government for some research experiments) from a facility they built 2 years ago. The likelihood of them being able to design, build, finance and execute the said facility is low to zero. I'm suspicious that this is newsflow prior to the end of escrow period for the 2 year period post -IPO.
