Might be but probably not. We had two of the largest mines/processors close and cobalt still fell a further 40%. It doesn't seem like anything is having a notable effect on pushing the price up. I would assume most product from drc is now turned into hydroxide within the country and thus isn't a victim of this concentrate ban. Hayou for example processes a lot in the DRC
