The annual report should drop any day now, so hopefully will get some clarifications. Can you point me in the direction of the most recent announcement re. the deferred aquisition payment? The only one i can find states 500k due end of march and the final 770k due end of june, plus 7.5% interest. Considering COE are the biggest shareholder, one would hope they can renegotiate the terms, because going off the most recent financial statement, they'll be scraping the bottom of the barrel to find the funds. Unless of course the "missing" funds show up on upcoming statements, if so there could be some interest return. Once this is clarified I'll look at a possible investment.
