Ozone reduction and increasing GHG's have the same effect. They cool the stratosphere.
So please mjp what new science have YOU discovered that the IPCC has NOT.
Now we have gone over this in the past with you and to this day you are still spreading these lies and these fabricated peer reviewed papers. Clearly the IPCC differ as does main stream scienctis.
And I hate to mention this con job chap.
But even leathing author of the IPCC climate change reports has in fact claimed that winter vortex are JUST a response of weather..
