In agreement with you FP except the 5-10 year timespan. 2-3 years at best in my humble opinion - and that is not being overly optimistic either. Situation is clear that some encouraging results have emerged and over the next 12 months we will all get a clearer picture one way or the other.
If the results keep coming in on the positive side then interest from partners/big pharmas will follow. If that does not happen over the next 2-3 years then IMU is actually maybe not a goer. Sorry to have to say that. It does have a shelf life to obtain success.
I remain confident it will achieve an outcome in the next 12-24 months.
