I think they may be referring to the ELF incentive program which is a strategic objective to raise funds. If there was no suspension, the sp would crash and there would be nobody keen to pay the ELF loan. (which apparently I was told by a poster has been oversubscribed and management were just doing us a favour by reminding us with phone calls )
which also is why the ELF incentive program is on hold and will resume for 7 day after suspension is lifted.
This suspension better be lifted with good news or its tickets for all.
