I assume It's all about one third of the voting public best termed as apologists.....if even a few percent of them get fed up things can change fast until then it's usually a battle....same cohort of people the leave group targeted and won them Brexit, also the reason for Brazil/Italy/Poland/Hungary but being apologists they can vote anywhere based on very little so long as they see it as worth it to them only ...see abbots election and now the upcoming fed election.
