    As far as I am aware, IM3 are in no position to produce a commercial battery of any kind anywhere at all, let alone at a centre of excellence. IMO
    At this time the technical work being done is restricted to a research facility at a university and nothing more. IMO
    Lets not get ahead of ourselves and start building those castles in the air.
