Rastes, you don’t understand what intent means. When you sign an agreement to enter into a future financing arrangement, as they signed last year, you declared your “intent” to that future finance deal. It seems you want to split hairs for the sake of arguing to win a trick. The content of the agreement signed last year for a future financial agreement is not intent, the terms are spelt out in no uncertain terms inside that agreement. We know some of them, 7% interest rate is one and another is various chunks of money for particular stages of the project.
