I prefer the management spending their time promoting the company and its products, building strong relationship with distributors, working for the good of the company instead of entertaining each individual which all information is available in the ANNs.
They can't tell you something market sensitive info anyway and contradict to the ann, so just read the anns! From my experience in AVZ and many other juniors, emailing and calling the management won't help.
If anyone here following Neurio's website you would noticed that they updating the website very regularly.
