Yes RND gets the cash from the sale of the 12 million TBR but because of the takeover panel really didn't make provision for making sure the shares were sold at a fair price RND shareholders received less than they were really worth. That's what happens when a non-judicial body hands over assets to investment bankers to do absolutley whatever they like do with them. It is called institutionalised theft and should be put infront of a parlimentary commitee to examine how in a civilised country (ie not a banana republic) this can be allowed to happen. Maybe Paul Keating was right and we are a third rate economy, banana republic, where the only way to get ahead is to take what is not yours via influence and power at the highest levels. Esh
