these are are reasons why I believe A TO will come with plenty of hostility. Have you ever seen the company declare a major holder is buying vs just a sub holder notice? This indicates to me Hyaou and Management has diverged in opinion. Their intentions are known- any approach has probably been rejected. I believe A hostile approach is the step as the sp just doesn't respond to any outstanding news.
