............ not me. Thought about it but I think this will fall further. Dead cat today. No one is going to rush in with offers imo.

Falling cash flow / low ROE / too much debt - probably can't cover interest now / don't know what their business is doing. All the time increasing dividends. Were hoping to sell it before it fell apart and nearly did. Now it is a mess.

MMS are already out - SGF will reassess but take their time about it.
