Its been the first peaceful transition since Belgium rule, sure it wasn't perfect and many many issues still exist, but I would like to think it gives a solid starting platform from which things will improve in future events, setting a path for the DRC to continue on the road to modern democratic function, to the benefit of ALL its citizens.
