Nah it is different, the founder, Raphael, is not the CEO and managing director. Instead he holds an executive chairman position. I think he even has directorship in other private companies. A hired mercenary holds the CEO position. I am not sure but I don't think he has families invested in the business either, just him. So it is not even a founder led business let alone family oriented business. Raphael used to work for Visy recycling. Bingo is Daniel's first career and he got it off his dad...now that is family oriented.
