It's slightly more complicated than that, because if LCK get to keep the resource, they will start feasibility studies into best options (fertilizer production?, gas production?, power production?), usually a PFS, followed by a DFS etc. then seek investment, then start building stuff. You won't see dividends for 3 years.
But, a hell of a lot of share trading will go on between now and then.
