CCV hold a strong cash balance and have positive EBITDA, I am really surprised with the recent sell off... I tend to agree, why defend this case and not the others...
I'm not buying yet, as definitely someone may have caught wind of something, but in any case with this final CA behind them CCV will be in a strong position.
