the elderly don't understand whats going on .and if they have a problem they don't know how to inform customer relations on what the problem is ...and that's a fact.the other issue is when I talk to a telstra rep they are very polite yet they don't realy understand us {aussies} I found I spend most of the time over half a hour to get a answer . and after the conclusion I am no better off...the only people in Telstra that know anything are the teck staff that you can talk to who are direct yet good and they get to the bottom line....I gave up on Telstra to expensive and poor customer service
