It is not a mistake, it’s a clarification. I think it’s pretty obvious, based on the wording in the original ann., that it clearly hasn’t launched yet given the JV has just formed.
This announcement round is clearly a bonus as no one was anticipating a jv.
We still await THE launch! In the mean time I’d expect a bit of consolidation before the next run up.
The question one has to ask themselves is how long they are willing to wait before the next price sensitive news is announced.
Timing and patience are the key here!
