Great point! Holders love pointing out the fact that substantial holders are staying put with their shares but you don't see anyone else in the market taking a fancy for these so-called "cheap" shares. No new substantial holders, substantial holders not increasing their stake, etc.
If it's such a great opportunity, as holders proclaim, why isn't anyone else seeing it?
