I understand that we are not going to see a commercial agreement. What I don't understand are the reasons why. Coby has written that "there are many parameters influencing" or "it's hard to predict the market".
But was it different one year ago, or at the end of last year? If yes, what exactly has changed? What is now the problem?
Instead of explaining the reasons or problems, Coby is very very vague. How can a man do several times such a big promise last year (seducing many to invest, like me) and now he says very vague that things have somehow changed? You can't be considered a serious person if you risk to promise a very big thing and at the end you can't keep that promise, more over if the explanations are rediculous.
I have lost several baggers because of such deceiving promise. Unfortunately I made the mistake to cumulate more thinking the SP couldn't go deeper. But everytime I was wrong.
If you see where 4DS was on the 21.03.2018 and where it is today (they are up ca. 4%) than you weep. We instead are more than 3 baggers away from the SP of the 21.03.2018.
Now you ask me which board did a better job? (specially when you think that the technology of 4DS isn't as good as the one from WBT)
That's the hard lesson I have learned. Yes, I feel cheated and I feel like someone was playing with my good faith. I trusted WBT because their reputation was: "they meet every promise they do, even before the time set".
I didn't see the BOD of WBT doing something against the fall of the SP. Maybe Dadi was too busy with the selling of Mellanox. My fear is our Board has plenty of experience in selling companies, specially Coby.
I hate MOU's of understanding, but why was this not an option for a SP in free fall? At least we would know whom we are dealing with.
A PHD diploma is no garantee that you will be a good teacher. Having rock stars in the semi conductor business in your BOD isn't a garantee that you will not loose money.
So please stop bringing our BOD as a garantee of wealth. (ist a good argument to invest in a company but is no garantee of success).
Please stop saying they meet every promise they do, because they missed the biggest promise they did in their history. (hopefully they wil meet it soon)
