Do you not think that due to the magnitude of this deal and the possibilities for ECT that having someone on the ground in India is not prudent? Regardless of what you think is important or not I don't think any share holder would seriously disagree with what Adam is doing in India. Maintaining a professional relationship, being at hand to discuss in person issues that may arise, being able to make quick decisions and communicate to our partners and board members.Communicating face to face is a powerful instrument that can help resolve and achieve desired outcomes that skyping and phone conversations can not do.These are just some of the possibilities and dare I say reality's of why he is there. The situation you have described above are exactly the reasons why we should have someone over there.
