I doubt that holders and insto investors have been delibrately taken for a ride.
My opinion is that FBR are terrible at setting realistic milestone dates.
I'd suggest that any milestone date provided by FBR is multipled by a factor of at least 4.
So if they claim x will be done within 3 months, much safer to assume it will be 1 year away.....
