Yes though I'm not a big fan of management, I don't see how the OB'S will be overly effected! If they stay like the main share price around current levels or higher aside from the dilutionary factor which may become inconsequential 6 to 12 months down the track I see no major bearing. The project hasn't changed after all so if you believe they have what they professed to have then though as frustrating as it is this latest offer shouldn't imo worry too much.
