Doesn't stop them though.
A bigger concern for me is that they wont be able to find finance... management havent really covered themselves in glory over the last 2 years but have made sure at least themselves and their buddys have been paid... and paid well.
I doubt financiers are knocking down the door to deal with them which explains Magna getting a look in.
