Just another blatant EIS delay story to me. Oh, just now the counter of bugs and bees realizes that any EIS may need to contain information like noise, pollution, water and others. Holy cow, how long have they been at that EIS process already? And now, someone tells me that another „The Grateful Eight“ contractors come in to each solve a slice of the puzzle?
Let’s see: most of them would need to know how the Refinery would look and work before they can make a qualified assessment. But hey, know what? The FEED with the details isn’t even ready.
I’m sure another delay end of June is more than likely. And before any of this happens, not one single measly cent will fly from German Export financers.
It was news, i‘ll give them that, but it was bad news overall.
there is more than luck needed now to get this thing flying.
