If the page 26 calcs of 3850kwh per year per level were based on GPfanatics, meters workings of 5400sqm.

Then the rate for 10 levels at 3.6m high per level shows power generated at just 19 watts per day per sqm.

There is absolutely no possible way the Calcs are done on 5400sqm of glass.

It says on page 26 its Glazing only on the facade, with Other options available.. Basically its a stitch up. its to water down the Fn amazing update.

The rest of the update was First Class. The only issue is the numbers. And I can say for absolute sure there is no possible way Clearvue would be where they are today if their Glass only made 19 watts per day per sqm.

The Glass makes 30 watts peak, thats 30 wh so It means if they had peak power for 1 hour its 30 watts, but if they had peak power for 3 hours on that Glass its 90w per day because its rated as watts per hour.

So when Im saying that WA should push out over 100 watts per sqm per day, its equal to 3.3hrs a day of peak power per sqm per day.

Considering there is some light on the Glass for over 8 hours a day, the average over 8 hours would be 14 watts x 8hrs = 112 watts per sqm per day for a sunny place like WA.

Page 27 of the report shows outside temp as 12 degrees, so the Model is done with just part of the facade being windows, and also the location being somewhere thats 12 degrees, so may not be as sunny as QLD or WA.

I will check with Clearvue tomorrow but they have either made a mistake in the calcs or they have used only part of the wall as windows.

    My maths isnt wrong.
