I am down a bit on this too.
They do seem to be making progress, allbeit the news release's and updates are slow. i am still positive at the moment. it would be nice to hear some other balanced view points, but everybody seems to of left.

Concerns
Office is getting very full with all these new people, i hope that the new deal brings some income to at least pay the Salaries
I don't know who the Peabody connection is and if it's KR will the relationship stay as open after he leaves?
overhang from the latest cap raising
the share consolidation

Positives:
More and more applications for their tech and products
They have survived on small cap raises for a while now, and now they raised a larger amount but haven't really alluded to anything (maybe bigger things?)
stupidly low MC
Nearly cashflow positive
management always participate in the raises.
